In this initial consultation via Zoom or phone, we’ll discuss first steps like pre-qualification, expectations, home search criteria, deal breakers, and more.

Meet your guide

I’m here to help you find your ideal property, utilizing powerful and efficient modern tools to customize your search. We will consider all options and won’t stop until we find a property you love.

Start house hunting

When you find the right home or investment property, we will present a competitive offer right away. I’ll walk you through that process and offer informed advice based on current market trends.

Submit your offer

When the seller accepts your offer, you “go under contact.” We will get to work on finalizing the offer in preparation for closing. I’m here to walk you through the paperwork and liaison between all relevant parties.

Go Under Contract

Within 10 days of Mutual Acceptance, inspections are performed to ensure the property is right for you.

Conduct Inspections

Bring your driver’s license so the Signing Appointment. Your next steps will be into your new home!

Sign & Close

The property is yours to love. Make sure to notify important contacts, utilities, etc. about your move.
